Reason to obtain permission
As digital platforms and social media have become increasing popular, copyright infringement has been rising at a fast pace.
Obtaining a license to use a photographer’s work is REQUIRED by US Copyright Law except under a few, restricted circumstances. If you are interested in legally publishing someone’s work without the potential issue of infringement, you must obtain permission.
The work I produce is my career. Though to most people, photo and video content may not appear as a “product”, my work from a business prepective is, in which I support myself. My work is my business, allowing me to continue to create, maintain digital platforms, and purchase camera equipment. Licensing my work, “the product”, that you pay for is what helps me to sustain this business.
Thank you so much for your interest.
